GROUP BRIEF PROFILE
Nstar Group Started their Journey in the year of 2008 by Nstar Agro Industries Ltd. It started operation by exporting Potatoes & importing Palm Oil. Despite significant challenges and competition in the operating marketplace.
In the year 2009 developed new Business Organization Nstar Trade Co. and started Trading Business. This organization underpinned significant growth in its sales, profits and margins and achieved record levels.
In the year 2010 Nstar Global Consultant started consultancy in the area of Engineering, Finance and Educational support of overseas University Admission for the Student.
The Company continuously focused on developing its New Business and in 2012 established New Manufacturing Textile Industry Nushiba Textile Industries at Madhobdhi, Narshindi.
Nstar Group continuously focused on developing its clients’ database and Penetrated new market segments by implementing new marketing plans and tactics emphasizing on the following:

- Maintaining high quality supply according to international standards;

ABOUT US
Nushiba Textile Industries (NTI) was incorporated on September, 2013 as a proprietorship company License No. 41/2013-205. Registered office/factory of the company is at Daukadi, Madhabdi, Narshingdi.
Commercial operation of the company started in 2013. The company was established on 2013 by another business group. On March 01, 2008 the current sponsors acquired NTI in fully operative condition and turned around the performance of the company through the sponsor’s prudent management skills. From the very beginning of the company the management established strong infrastructure and installed good quality machineries to increase efficiency and skill of the employees as well as production quality and capacity.
Nushiba Textile Industries is an export oriented textile mill for gray fabrics. NTI offers a complete process line from weaving to finishing of RMG fabrics and home furnishing items. It offers 100% gray and cotton woven fabrics of export quality. Constant quality control keeps it in touch with each specific process of production and its fully equipped laboratory and quality control monitor output on a full time basis. NTI marks the start of a new era in textile.
NTI is fully committed to all aspects of compliance regarding global buyer’s satisfaction and honor to laws and acts applicable to Bangladesh.
The company is equipped with sound infrastructural arrangement of gray fabrics and our future plan are composite manufacturing facilities having full coverage of weaving, dying, printing, sewing, finishing and packing procedures. The company is running with 25,000 Yards weekly gray fabrics.

Operation & Future Plan
Operation:
From weaving to delivery, The Group is a truly integrated undertaking. The goal of the Textile division is to become the preferred partner for producing high quality fabrics and clothing from Bangladesh. With highly advanced technology and an emphasis on developing local human resources, the Textile Division has the potential to make an important contribution to the nation’s growing ready-made garments export sector.
Future Plans:
In order to accelerate our present strong background linkage base, we are actively thinking establishment to expansion of different dimension of backward linkage up to RMG industries for integration as part of value addition. We are going to establishment a fashion house also.
Nushiba Textile Industries is the most modern weaving mills in Narshingdi of Bangladesh. It has an installed capacity of 154 Auto shuttle Loom & 20 High speed repair Loom Machine. Nushiba Textile Mills Ltd have been producing about 75,000 yards of grey woven fabrics per week ranging from 120GSM to 450GSM of the medium and heavy Plaints, Twills, Poplins, Herringbone, Bedford, Ottoman, T/C, T/R etc. to meet the standards of the most discerning international buyers.

Environmental Commitments
Nushiba Textile Industries is very much committed to preserve a healthy and pollution free environment. It has a very efficient waste collection and disposal system. In order to reduce air pollution by exhaust gas from engine generates it maintains a costly plant that uses the exhaust gas to generate stem for chilling unit. Above measures not only help keep the water and air free from pollution but also help save cost of water treatment and conditioning.
